Should we upgrade to vBulletin or stay on PhpBB3?

You already know what PhpBB3 looks like, which is what we have now. So heres what vBulletin looks like, without cool features:

Only reason is they aren't active, I try to tell them.. but if we do end up upgrading only the people that are active will be in the clan/staff team.
